Smell of Rosemary - Remoulade Sauce

This is a simple Remoulade sauce, perfect for the previous post of crab cakes (http://www.smellofrosemary.com/2017/09/21/broiled-crab-cakes/) or any other seafood and fish entrées.

Smell of Rosemary - Remoulade Sauce - Ingredients

Ingredients

1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sweet relish
1 tablespoon of chopped capers
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 2 hours under refrigeration, before serving.

This classic sauce of French origin will beautifully enhance the flavor of fish, crab cakes, scallops and any other seafood recipe.
