This is a super easy, and fast to make dessert, it takes less than 15 minutes from start to being placed on the family table, and all this exceptional flavor without even using the oven or stove on this hot summer day. What a great idea to finish any meal on this upcoming 4th of July weekend!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 6 slices of store-bought pound cake

In a large serving bowl, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. Whisk all ingredients to combine.

Add peaches and berries, and toss gently. Serve with slices of pound cake.

Brzoskwinie i jerzyny w syropie miodowo balsamicznym z babką piaskową

 

Składniki

  • 50 ml miodu
  • 45 ml octu balsamicznego (3 łyżki stołowe)
  • 1/4 łyżeczki świeżo zmielonego czrnego pieprzu
  • 2 szklanki pokrojonych na plastry brzoskwiń
  • 2 szklanki jerzyn i malin
  • 6 porcji babki piaskowey, albo ciasta biszkoptowego (kupnego)

W dużej misce wymieszać miod, ocet balsamiczny i pieprz, dodac pokrojone brzoskwinie, jerzyny i maliny. Pozostawić na pięć minut. Podać owoce i sos miodowo balsamiczny z ciastem.

Jest to bardzo prosty w przygotowaniu deser, składający się ze świeżych owoców, zbogaconych odrobiną syropu z octu balsamicznego i miodu, podanych z babką piaskową lub ciastem biszkoptowym. Co najważniejsze deser ten nie wymaga dużo pracy, zabiera około 15 minut od startu do postawienia na stół, i smakuje pysznie.
