This is an easy and fast way to get rich, vibrant colors for your Easter eggs. I very much prefer this method of color to the traditional egg coloring kit.
- 12 white eggs, boiled
- Food coloring of your choice
- White distilled vinegar
- Boiling water
- Paper towels
Place several sheets of paper towels under the wire rack. This will be the place where you will dry the colored eggs.
Prepare wide mouth glasses by pouring 1 cup of boiling water to each glass, add ¼ teaspoon of food coloring and ½ tablespoon of white distilled vinegar. Stir until the food coloring is dissolved.
Immerse 1 egg in each glass, wait 1 minute, then remove egg, and place on the prepared wire rack to dry.
Enjoy your colorful eggs and have a beautiful and healthy Easter.
