Banana-Pineapple and Cherry-Grape Smoothies

Banana-Pineapple and Cherry-Grape Smoothies - Smell of Rosemary
These two smoothie recipes are great as a breakfast meal, as a snack after school, or as a recovery drink after an athletic activity. The pineapple has anti-inflammatory properties, and bananas are loaded in potassium, making them great after an athletic activity.  Likewise, the cherries contain Vitamin C and anthocyanin, which helps to maintain and repair connective tissue. So, you can enjoy these delicious smoothies and know they are good for you!

I'm not big on trends either so I usually try to avoid them. But I would definitely try this smoothie! It sounds amazing and sweet and creamy.
